1. This is with regard to CBEC Circular No. 04/2011 dated 10.01.2011 and subsequent Public Notice No. 08/2011 dated 04.02.2011 issued by Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, prescribing guidelines for Handling of Hazardous Cargo in CFS Area.
2. In terms of Hon’ble Supreme Court’s directions in Special Leave Petition to Appeal (Civil) No. 30922 & 30923 dated 10.04.2013, an exercise for compliance of guidelines prescribed by CBEC in the above captioned Circular dated 10.01.2011, had been undertaken and it is found that the following CFSs do not qualify for storage, loading and unloading of hazardous cargo:

II. M/s Navkar Corporation Ltd.
III. M/s Ashte Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
IV. M/s SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
V. M/s Balmer & Lawrie Co. Ltd.
3. I, S.H. Hasan, Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962, hereby denotify the aforesaid CFSs from storage, loading and unloading of hazardous cargo.
